Project Assistants Announces New Executive Leadership Workshop

Leading Project Leaders is a new executive program that works with your organization to hone the soft skills necessary to achieve this harmony that ensures realization of projects’ intended benefits.

The first phase includes preparatory sessions that highlight the hotspots for trouble in your organization’s projects. These will serve as the “defining moments” for your projects–that is, the predictable points of resistance that we can better understand and anticipate in order to improve project success rates.

The focal point of the program is a Workshop that is tailored to your needs. The Workshop includes hands-on exercises and interactive discussion. Follow-up “homework” is assigned. The event’s deliverable is a plan to attack your organization’s recurring points of resistance.
