General Terms of Support Services

Response Times
Response time is guaranteed within 4 business hours from the time of the support request. Each callor email will be logged on your company’s personal support portal along with the time it was placed, the request details, requester’s name and estimated time to complete the support request. Response time will be measured from the time the initial call or email is submitted to the PA Support Expert.

Support Time Used
A minimum of fifteen (15) minutes will be charged per support request. The time required to complete the support request will be measured from the time the PA Support Expert begins to fulfill the request submitted until the time the request is closed. A time estimate will be provided within the support portal and the actual time used will be posted to the portal upon completion of the support request.

Billing
All support plans are offered at a pre-paid, one-time fixed cost. Plan prices vary by PA Support Plan purchased. Plans may be purchased directly through the support website or through sending a purchase order directly to your PA Sales Representative.

Monthly Support Report
Each month you will receive a monthly status report which documents all support request details captured within the month as well as time used and time emaining on the support plan.
