Each opportunity will have a brief description and a high-level estimate of effort and the expected business value of implementing that opportunity. This all comes together to provide a Prioritization Graphic, the Go-Forward Business Case, and an overall Implementation project schedule.

Implementing new solutions and replacing any outdated inefficient tools & processes with real time assistance from a technical standpoint.
Ongoing support giving the organization the ability to scale based on the success of the Engagement.
Establish and implement systems to collect data and monitor what resources are doing. This includes steps towards ensuring policy compliance and corrective actions in cases where said policies have not been followed appropriately.
